Kuntal helped me buy my first house back in 2016, when the market was soaring and was at its peak but he got me the house at the original price placed by the seller due to his exceptional interpersonal skills and his relation with other realtors. He has great knowledge of the factors that you need to think off before buying a house like the area, location, price, future prospects of growth in prices, the builder who built it incase of new construction and his reputation with the past projects, the comparables of other houses that were sold in the same area etc. He also helped me in inspecting the house myself if there were any flaws in the basement, flooring etc. He also takes great interest in understanding your current financial situation, needs and suggested accordingly.
